The mission of Character First Youth Leadership Academy is to provide ethical leadership training for youth (teenagers) to assist them in recognizing their strengths and encouraging them to pursue a life of servant leadership. Servant leaders are those that choose to do the following: 1) Develop leadership traits that are ethical and honorable, 2) Practice good financial stewardship, and 3) Commit to serving their community with their gifts/talents.

About Us
Our Leadership program
The Leadership Academy Program begins in September this year and ends with a graduation ceremony in April. Given the current health situation, our fellows program will be held virtually with a few in person sessions/activities. Youth all over the United States are encouraged to apply. We will hold 8 developmental sessions, in addition to social justice, health, and stock market activities during the program. The sessions focus on: Leadership Development, Self Awareness, Public Speaking, Financial Management, Social Media Etiquette, and a host of other leadership topics. The goal of the program is to encourage young people to become leaders of character that stand for the truth, equality, and justice.
