Andrea B. Smith is the founder and executive director of Character First Youth Leadership Academy. She has over ten years of experience providing leadership training and developing youth enrichment programs. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and Sociology as well as a Master of Public Administration. In her free time, she enjoys playing basketball, and serving her community as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Top Ladies of Distinction. Andrea is married and has two young sons.

Michael L. Smith is a leader in the private sector and is also the pastor of Amazing Grace Church in Olney, MD. He has over ten years of experience mentoring and leadership development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. In addition to spending time with his wife and two sons, Michael also enjoys riding motorcycles and instructing Commercial Drivers License courses.

Fawn Robinson is an attorney and leader in the private sector. She has countless years of experience counseling, teaching, and encouraging young people. Fawn is also an accomplished dancer and singer who continues to instill leadership skills and musical inspiration into her three beautiful children.
